RULES OF THE GAMES
This APPLICATION is available only for USE who are 18 Years of age and above as of today. By Signing up for this APPLICATION you agree that you are 18 years or above in age. If you are below 18 years please do not use this APPLICATION.
Apple® does not have a stake nor is a sponsor of this APPLICATION, GAME, WEEKLY ACITVE USER’S POT, WEEKLY WINNER’S POT, and POINTS.
No In-App PURCHASE is necessary to play the GAME or to use this APPLICATION, WIN any ACT or POINTS.
DEFINITIONS
I. “ACT”: means ACT 1, ACT 2 ACT 3 includes for all intents and purposes, three different levels of the GAME.
II. "ACT 1”: means the act of playing it step by step adhering to the RULES.
III. “ACT 2”:means the act of playing it step by step adhering to the RULES.
IV.“ACT 3”: means the act of playing it step by step adhering to the RULES.
V. “ACT OF TERMINATION”: means when USER is found to cheat, defraud, hack, or play by unfair means or does not follow RULES.
VI. “ACTIVE USER”: means a USER who registers a WIN in ACT 1.
VII. “AGE OF MAJORITY”: means 18 years or older.
VIII. “AMOUNT”: means the TARGET user selects to play the ACT 1, ACT 2.
IX. “APPLICATION”: means Web Portal/Mobile app/Application/software named “LET’S GO SHOPPING NOW”, it’s associated upgrades, versions and updates and related services.
“BANK”: means USER collecting GAME COINS.
X. “COIN WIN”: means winning the GAME COINS as per RULES OF THE GAME No9(i),10(i)and 11(i)11(ii).
XI. "DAILY GIFT": means a GIFT that is awarded, once every DAY, when USER begins to play the GAME.
XII. “DAY”: means any day during the week starting at 00:00:01h and ending at 24:00:00h Indian Standard Time.
XIII. “DECLINE” means when USER choose not to accept the TERMS AND CONDITIONS in order to install the APPLICATION.
XIV. “EXACT MATCH”: means totalling to an identical TARGET or NUMBER.
XV. “EXTRA TIME”: means an additional 20 seconds added to TIME. ACT 1 & ACT 2 has LIMIT 1 and ACT 3 has LIMIT 2.
XVI. “FRIENDS”; means other USERS.
XVII. “GAME”: means playing “LET’S GO SHOPPING NOW”.
XVIII. “GAME CLOCK”:means the time shown on the clock at the start of ACT 3within which to complete the ACT.
XIX. “GAME COINS”: means coins you get for playing the GAME or purchased for HINT, EXTRA TIME or MEGA HINT.
XX. “GIFT”: means different amounts of GAME COINS given for free or POINTS 6 awarded.
XXI. “HINT”: means a single HINT on the selected PRODUCT showing if it forms part of the WINNING COMBINATION to achieve the TARGET. ACT 1 & ACT 2 has LIMIT 1 and ACT 3 has LIMIT 2.
XXII. “LET’S GO SHOPPING NOW”: means the APPLICATION.
XXIII. “LIMIT”: means LIMIT 1 and LIMIT 2.
XXIV. “LIMIT1”: means what is permitted in ACT 1, ACT 2;access to 5 HINTS, and/or add 5 EXTRA TIME, and/or access to 5 MEGA HINT.
XXV. “LIMIT 2”: means what is permitted in ACT 3; access to 3 HINTS, and/or add 3 EXTRA TIME, and/or access to 3 MEGA HINT
XXVI. “LEADER BOARD”: means USE position in respect to other.
XXVII. “LOSE”: means when you do not achieve a WIN as per RULES OF THE GAMES No9 (ii),10(ii) and11(iv).
XXVIII. "MEGA HINT": means when the USER, chooses this option, during any ACT 1& ACT 3, it provides the USER the current position (OVER or UNDER) in relation to the TARGET or NUMBER. In ACT 2 it provides how many correct expensive PRODUCT USER has chosen. ACT 1 & ACT 2 have LIMIT 1 and ACT 3 has LIMIT 2.
XXIX. “MOST ACTIVE USER”: means ACTIVE USER who WIN ACT 1 twice or when the USER has one WIN as EXACT MATCH in ACT 1
XXX. “MOST ACTIVE USER TIE BREAKER”: means when ACTIVE USE are tied, and WIN is awarded by a TIE BREAKER.
XXXI. “NUMBER”: means SESSION.
XXXII. “OVER”: means more than the TARGET or the NUMBER.
XXXIII. "PERSONAL QUEST": means showing USER’S progress in each ACT to reach the requisite GAME COIN award.
XXXIV. “POINTS”: means what USER WINS
XXXV. "POTS”; means POINTS 1, POINTS 2, POINTS 3, POINTS 4, POINTS 5 and POINTS 6, POINTS 7, POINTS 8, and POINTS 9.
XXXVI. “POINTS 1”: means the POINTS, which will be credited as a POINTS WIN to USER in a GAME, when USER has a WIN as per RULES OF THE GAME No11(i).
XXXVII. “POINTS 2” means POINTS 2A & 2B;
XXXVIII. “POINTS 2A”: means 7500 points for WEEKLY WINNERS POT 1.
XXXIX. “POINTS 2B”: means 5000 points for WEEKLY WINNERS POT 2.
XL. “POINTS 3”: means2500 points for WEEKLY ACTIVE USER’S POT,
XLI. "POINTS 4": means100 points added to the USER for an EXACT MATCH in ACT 1.
XLII. "POINTS 5": means100 points added to the USER for an EXACT MATCH in ACT 2.
XLIII. "POINTS 6": means 50 points added to the USER when awarded from the spinner in DAILY GIFT.
XLIV. "POINTS 7": means2500 POINTS for WEEKLY PLAYER CIRCLE ACT 1.
XLV. "POINTS 8": means1250 POINTS for WEEKLY PLAYER CIRCLE ACT 2.
XLVI. "POINTS 9": means 1250 POINTS for WEEKLY PLAYER CIRCLE ACT 2.
XLVII. "POINTS WIN”: means hitting the EXACT MATCH of the NUMBER as per RULES OF THE GAMENo11(i).
XLVIII. "PRICE or PRICES”: means a value assigned to a PRODUCT by ROCK GAMES and listed on the WEBSITE.
XLIX. "PRODUCT or PRODUCTS”: means items to be available to the USER for SELECTION, in different ACT of the GAME and the same listed on the WEBSITE
L. "PROMO CODE”: means when USER shares that with FRIENDS and receives 100 GAME COINS.
LI. "RESTART”: means when you LOSE and start the GAME from ACT 1.
LII. "ROOM”: means SELECTION from various categories of rooms listed in ACT 1.
LIII. "RULES”: means RULES OF THE GAME.
LIV. "RULES OF THE GAME”: means as outlined in RULES OF THE GAME with definitions provided in ANNEXURE ‘A’ of the LICENSE.
LV. "SELECTION”: means the choice USER makes.
LVI. "SESSION ”: a temporary holding account, where the TARGET of the WIN of the USER from ACT 1 and ACT 2 is kept.
LVII. "SPIN”: means pressing the spin button in ACT 3 to get PRODUCT.
LVIII. "TARGET”: means an AMOUNT selected by USER at the start of ACT 1 AND ACT 2..
LIX. "TERMINATED”: means stopping the USER from using the APPLICATION when a USER commits an ACT OF TERMINATION.
LX. "TERMS AND CONDITIONS or T & C": means the LICENSE and RULES OF THE GAME.
LXI. "TIE BREAKER”: means awarding a WIN based on USER HISTORY, starting with the highest total points awarded going down in descending order.
LXII. "TIME”: means what the clock shows at the start of ACT 1& ACT 2 within which to complete the ACT.
LXIII. "TIMER”: means the TIME.
LXIV. "USER”: means the peon of AGE OF MAJORITY, who downloads and uses the APPLICATION, whether downloaded by himself or not and agrees to and abides by, the LICENSE
LXV. "USER 1”: means a USER who has played up to 50 GAMES
LXVI. "USER 2”: means a USER who has played up to 100 GAMES
LXVII. "USER 3”: means a USER who has played more than100 GAMES
LXVIII. USER(S): means more than one USER.
LXIX. "USER HISTORY”: means points awarded as a combine total on how many GAME USER has played, number of GAME COINS USER had and how many times USER has shared the GAME with his FRIENDS.
LXX. "UNDER”: means less than the TARGET or the NUMBER.
LXXI. "WALLET or USER WALLET ”: means where the POINTS final winning is held in USER profile
LXXII. "WEBSITE”: means www.letsgoshopping .in
LXXIII. "WEEK”: means starting on a Sunday at 00:01h Indian Standard Time and ends on Saturday at 24:00 h Indian Standard Time
LXXIV. "WIN or WINS”: means winning ACT as provided in RULES OF THE GAMES 9(ia),(ib),(ic),(id);10(ia),(ib),(ic),(id); and 11(i)(ii)(ii)
LXXV. "WEEKLY ACTIVE USER’S POT”: means, every WEEK, POINTS 3 to be shared, up to 25 top MOST ACTIVE USER under RULES OF THE GAME No 9(iv), calculated on the number of WINS by each USER.
LXXVI. "WEEKLY PLAYER CIRCLE ACT 1”: means, every WEEK, POINTS 7 to be shared by USER(S) who WIN one GAME in ACT 1 under RULES OF THE GAME 9(ia),(ib),(ic),(id) but are not part of the MOST ACTIVE USE POT. POINTS 7 will be distributed to the USERS taking into account the USER’S total WIN and LOSS compared to other USER.
LXXVII. "WEEKLY PLAYER CIRCLE ACT 2”: means, every WEEK, POINTS 8 to be shared by USER(S) who WIN one GAME in ACT 2 under RULES OF THE GAME 10(ia),(ib),(ic),(id). POINTS 8will be distributed to the USER taking into account the USER’S total WIN and LOSS compared to the other USER.
LXXVIII. "WEEKLY PLAYER CIRCLE ACT 3”: means, every WEEK, POINTS 9 to be shared by USER(S) who do not get EXACT MATCH, or WIN one GAME, in ACT 3, under RULES OF THE GAME 11(i),(ii),(iii)(iv). POINTS 9will be distributed to the USER taking into account the USER’S total number of LOSS compared to the other USER.
LXXIX. "WEEKLY WINNERS POT 1”: means, every WEEK, POINTS 2A, to be shared by USER(S) who WIN under RULES OF THE GAME No11(ii) calculated on the number of WINS by each USER.
LXXX. "WEEKLY WINNERS POT 2”: means, every WEEK, POINTS 2B, to be shared by USER(S) who WIN under RULES OF THE GAME No11(iii) calculated on the number of WINS by each USER.
LXXXI. "WINNING COMBINATION”: means the SELECTION of PRODUCTS THAT give you a WIN
LXXXII. "YOU or YOUR”: means USER
LXXXIII. "ZERO”: means emptying the SESSION with no value left in it.
LXXXIV. "In-App PURCHASE” means purchase made while logged into the APPLICATION
1. This GAME is based on USER’s skill and is not a gambling, betting or wagering platform.
2. This GAME is not a game of chance, nor this GAME is a combination of skill and chance. It is purely a game of skill.
3. It is played over three ACT.
4. In ACT 1 and ACT 2 YOU have a TARGET to achieve and in ACT 3 you have a NUMBER to achieve
5. The GAME proceeds in the order of ACT 1, ACT 2 and ACT 3, If YOU LOSE at any ACT YOU have to RESTART.
6. ACT 1 and ACT 2 are played within a TIME and ACT 3 is played within GAME CLOCK
7. In each ACT the skill of USER is judged by the following:
a. USER ability to know the PRICE of the standard consumer PRODUCT
b. Being able to make SELECTION of the PRODUCT that allows USER to reach the TARGET within the TIME or NUMBER within the GAME CLOCK
8. PRICE and PRODUCT data of ROCK GAMES INDIA refers to current prices of these nature. Ensuring fair play and transparency, PRICE can be found on the WEBSITE. However, the PRICE exhibited on the WEBSITE for various PRODUCT are not subject to challenge or amenable to discussion, debate or argument. As such, the USER undertakes and agrees not to challenge the accuracy, practicability, acceptability of the PRICE assigned, fixed or exhibited on the WEBSITE to the different items. Further it is the total and unrestricted discretion of the ROCK GAMES INDIA to change the PRICE, every WEEK on the WEBISTE, as per the change in market conditions and situation, without giving any notice to the USER. Such changes will be final and not subject to challenge or amenable to discussion, debate or argument with ROCK GAMES INDIA at any point of time or before any authority or court of law and as such, the USER undertakes and agrees not to challenge the accuracy, practicability, acceptability of the changes in PRICE assigned, fixed or exhibited on the WEBISTE to the different PRODUCT
9. WIN & LOSS OF ACT 1:
i. YOU have to make a SELECTION of a TARGET at the start of ACT 1. If YOU come within the range
a. OVER/UNDER 55 % of the TARGET for USER 1
b. OVER/UNDER 40 % of the TARGET for USER 2
c. OVER/UNDER 40 % of the TARGET for USER 3
d. YOU have an EXACT MATCH in ACT 1
within the TIME, it is considered to be a WIN. In that case, the TARGET selected by YOU is added to the SESSION of the USER. YOU then become eligible to proceed to ACT 2. YOU also get 20 COIN WIN as a reward.
ii. If YOU don’t WIN or if YOU leave the ACT in-between the play, it is considered to be a LOSS.
iii. An EXACT MATCH in this ACT; the USER WINS "POINTS 4"
iv. ACT 1 WIN as per 9(ia),(ib),(ic),(id) above makes the USER eligible for the WEEKLY ACTIVE USER’S POT
10. WIN & LOSS OF ACT 2:
i. YOU have to make a SELECTION of a TARGET at the start of ACT 2. If YOU are able to choose
a. 45 % or more pairs correctly of the TARGET for USER 1
b. 46.66 % or more pairs correctly of the TARGET for USER 2
c. 53.33 % or more pairs correctly of the TARGET for USER 3
d. YOU have an EXACT MATCH in ACT 2
within the TIME, it is considered to be a WIN. In that case, the TARGET selected by YOU in ACT 2 will also be added to the SESSION of the USER. YOU then become eligible to proceed to ACT3, with the collective winnings of both ACT 1 & ACT 2 in the SESSION . YOU also get 30 COIN WIN as a reward and 15 GAMES COINS for participating
ii. If YOU don’t WIN, it is considered to be a LOSS and you have to RESTART. In case of LOSS at this stage, the SESSION will be reduced to ZERO. However, YOU still get 15 GAME COINS for participating.
iii. An EXACT MATCH in this ACT; the USER WINS "POINTS 5".
11. WIN & LOSS OF ACT 3:
i. In ACT 3, you have to hit the NUMBER, if YOU hit the EXACT MATCH to the NUMBER within the GAME CLOCK, it is considered to be a WIN and YOU win the POINTS 1 equal to the value of the SESSION . YOU also get 100 COIN WIN as a reward.
ii. If YOU come within the range of 10% OVER or UNDER of the NUMBER, within the GAME CLOCK, it is considered a WIN and YOU become eligible to share in the WEEKLY WINNER’S POT 1of POINTS 2A. YOU also get 50 COIN WIN as a reward. YOU will only be considered eligible for WEEKLY WINNE POT 2 if you have less than 4 WIN.
iii. If YOU come within the range of 35% OVER or UNDER of the NUMBER, within the GAME CLOCK, it is considered a WIN and YOU become eligible to share in the WEEKLY WINNER’S POT 2 of POINTS 2B. YOU also get 50 COIN WIN as a reward.
iv. If YOU don’t WIN it is considered to be a LOSS and YOU have to RESTART. In case of LOSS at this stage, the SESSION will be reduced to ZERO. However, YOU still get 25 GAME COINS for participation.
12. Notwithstanding anything mentioned in the LICENSE or THE RULES OF THE GAME, if the USER, leaves the GAME without completing any and/or all ACT, the value of the SESSION will be reset to ZERO. The value of the SESSION will only be credited to the , if all the ACT are played, completed and USER has a WIN as per RULES OF THE GAME No 9 (i),10 (i)and 11 (i).
13. The POINTS and GAME COINS are two different entities. POINTS winnings in the USER WALLET shows USER standing among other USERS, subject to TERMS AND CONDITIONS. GAME COINS earned in the GAME are added to USER account that can only be used to get EXTRA TIME, HINT& MEGA HINT within the GAME.
14. 100 GAME COINS are needed to get HINT or add EXTRA TIME in any ACT being played. 300 GAME COINS are needed for MEGA HINT in any ACT being played.
15. You can BANK a maximum of 2000 GAME COINS to get EXTRA TIME, HINT or MEGA HINT before they have to be utilized.
16. USER is awarded DAILY GIFTS once every DAY.
17. Registering 70 %, 80 % and 90 % score in each ACT contributes towards USE PERSONAL QUEST.
PLAYING THE GAME:
Playing ACT 1 Step by Step:
In this ACT YOU will be asked to spend a TARGET .
a. Start by making a SELECTION ofa TARGET.
b. This will be the TARGET YOU will need to spend to achieve a WIN.
c. This will be then will be added to SESSION if YOU WIN in this ACT.
d. Select the ROOM YOU want to spend the TARGET. For example, kitchen is one of the ROOM. If YOU select kitchen YOU will see PRODUCT used in a kitchen.
e. Once YOU have selected the ROOM YOU will be asked if YOU are ready to play. Once YOU click ‘yes’ the GAME will begin.
f. TIMER starts. YOU cannot stop the TIMER.
g. Once the TIMER starts YOU have to select minimum 3 and maximum 35 PRODUCT in TIME to reach the TARGET.
h. YOU can redeem GAME COINS to convert it into HINT, EXTRA TIME and MEGA HINT while playing the ACT. Depending on the SELECTION USER makes between HINT, EXTRA TIME and MEGA HINT, the USER must have equivalent of GAME COINS to allow for the SELECTION to be made.
i. TIMER adds 5 seconds when the USER presses HINT or EXTRA TIME or MEGA HINT button.
j. HINT lets YOU check if the highlighted SELECTION is a part of the WINNING COMBINATION or not, EXTRA TIME gives YOU more time to make SELECTION and MEGA HINT tells YOU if YOU are OVER or UNDER the TARGET. There is a LIMIT.
k. The correct combination, to reach TARGET, can be choice of PRODUCT of any number between 3 and 35.
l. Within the TIME, YOU can delete the selected PRODUCT and make different SELECTION.
m. At the end of the TIME,SELECTION of the USER are totalled to see if YOU WIN or LOSE.
n. If YOU WIN YOU go to the next ACT. If YOU LOSE YOU will need to RESTART.
Playing ACT 2 Step by Step:
In this ACT YOU will be asked to make the SELECTION of the expensive PRODUCT between the pair.
a. Start by making a SELECTION ofaTARGET.
b. This will be then added to SESSION if YOU WIN in this Act.
c. The PRODUCT in this ACT are from a wide array of verticals and not limited to a category.
d. YOU have to perform SELECTION within the TIME and chose the expensive one from the pair.
e. Prior to the GAME starting, YOU will be asked if YOU are ready to play. Once YOU click ‘yes’ the GAME will begin.
f. TIMER starts. YOU cannot stop the TIMER.
g. Once the TIMER starts YOU have to select the expensive one between pairs, from a total of 15 PAIRS, within TIME to achieve the TARGET.
h. YOU WIN by getting 10 or more correct answers.
i. YOU can redeem GAME COINS to convert it into HINT, EXTRA TIME and MEGA HINT while playing the ACT. Depending on the SELECTION USER makes between HINT, EXTRA TIME and MEGA HINT, the USER must have equivalent of GAME COINS to allow for the SELECTION to be made.

Playing ACT 3 Step by Step:
In this ACT YOU play to WIN by reaching the NUMBER.
a. The NUMBER is your SESSION YOU will need to spend this to achieve a WIN.
b. The PRODUCT in this ACT are from a wide array of verticals and not limited to any category.
c. YOU have to press SPIN to make SELECTION of the PRODUCT.
d. Every SPIN shows three new PRODUCTS.
e. YOU can select all 3, or 2 or 1 or none and SPIN again.
f. YOU have to perform SELECTION within the GAME CLOCK.
g. Unlimited SPIN are allowed within GAME CLOCK.
h. Prior to the GAME starting, YOU will be asked if YOU are ready to play. Once YOU click ‘yes’ the GAME will begin.
i. GAME CLOCK starts. The GAME CLOCK will stop when the SPIN cycle is going on.
